The prime highway-side location of this 5 story office space was ideal for creating contrasting masses with a static geometry. The building stands out relative to its surroundings but adheres to existing site conditions. Instead of simply responding to the site, it creates its own imposing aura that stands out; especially with a heavily trafficked road across from it.
